What's New in Cohort 2

Based on feedback and lessons from Cohort 1, we've enhanced our program:

• Expanded training tracks including tech skills, fashion design, catering, and business management
• Mentorship program pairing new participants with successful Cohort 1 graduates
• Increased seed funding for business startups
• Extended support period with quarterly check-ins and ongoing guidance
• Childcare support during training sessions

Program Details

Cohort 2 runs for six months starting January 2025. Participants receive:
